Australian Return Procedure and Conditions

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law along with the additional rights below:

A refund will be given if you are not completely happy with your item, or have changed your mind and the item is returned to us in a saleable condition in accordance with our terms and conditions within 14 days of receipt.

 

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the returned item and refund being approved.

 

The cost of shipping to return the item to us is at the expense of the customer.

If you have any questions about an item please don't hesitate to contact us prior to purchasing.

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any loss or damage, or if you feel the item fails to be of an acceptable quality.

When purchasing a Jorge & Frankie product, please be aware that as the item is handmade - it will have some minor imperfections. It is what makes our items so unique. These imperfections cannot be reported as faulty or damaged.

For any items received damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Beyond this time Jorge & Frankie cannot be held liable for damages.
